Bertillon Messzirkel Calipers

Bertillon calipers as used in surgery, biology, art and anywhere where measurements of cross-sections or diameters of 3D-bodies cannot be taken by ruler or tape measure.

The scale is metric (cm), but I found it near impossible to get it accurate within the angular resolution of Fusion 360 and the tolerances of my printer.
