hexagon hotend mount for 40mm and 30mm fans for turnigy fabrikator

This is a remix from another thing, but a don't find the object anymore. I change the positon of the 2 30mm fans to match the place for the hotend on the fabrikator mount. I currently use this part for ma printer with an hexagon hotend.
