Universal Paper Towel Holder

Universal holder for a paper towel. It supports two sizes:
* standard (approximately 65 mm radius, 130 diameter)
* big (approximately 105 mm radius, 210 mm diameter).
You need to print two holders and two insets (empty or filled). The insets could be placed in the first (standard spool) or the second hole (big spool).
