Anet A8 Filament Holder v100

This isn't so much a remix as it is a redesign of the original after running into the following problems with it:

1. Filament would constantly get stuck in the removal slot causing under-extrusion, temporary fix was to wrap a piece of tape around the hole
2. Acrylic is very slippery and smooth, holder would come off in the middle of the print
3. The only place holder would fit well would be right above the buttons, which made it more difficult to access screen menus and change options
