USN CPO Fouled Anchor Updated

This is a remix of the USN Master Chief Anchor by mpPrint. Replaced the chain with new style links and took out the stars.

Update: I redesigned the anchor from the ground up. It is completely flat on the bottom now and needs no supports to print. I'm printing now and will update photos as soon as it gets done. Let me know if anyone is having any issues printing these. I will update the SCPO and MCPO anchors with the new and improved ones as soon as I get them finished.
