Titan/Drakon/NSTT or other geared extruder mount for 2020 (HyperCube)

In an effort to keep my Bowden tube as small as possible, to reduce filament play, I mounted the extruder to the top of the frame at halfway along the Y travel. This bracket allows a geared extruder to sit with the gear facing inwards and the adjustment facing outwards.

I have tested fitment with a [genuine E3D Titan](https://e3d-online.com/titan-extruder) and [AxMod's Drakon](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2172854), I also assume [Paciente's NSTT](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2090259
