e3d V6 (& clones) clamp with BLTouch sensor mount

I've changed the hotend clamp made by achmed20 to allow the mounting of a BLTouch classic (or clone).
I made two versions, the v1 only has a thin mounting plate, so you will have to adjust the height manually using spacers or nuts.

The v2 version has a thicker plate that works perfectly for me with the V6 clone hotend and the TLTouch classic clone of the BLTouch sensor.
