V-Slot Power Supply Mount

This allows for the mounting of a power supply to 20mm V-Slot extrusion. This is in use on an Ultibots D300VS printer, mounting a 24v power supply. The file ps_mount_tall.stl moves the power supply an additional 16mm from the rail.
