Customizable enclosure with Fan and LCD ports

This is a remix of kakaroto`s customisable enclosure. All credits goes to him/her.

There was a lack of a fan mount which I feel is a vital port especially if you use your printer in and enclosure or use stepper drivers not built into the board. I added the option for fan mounts on the top panel and aslo the port for the standard 2 connector lcd controller. The customizer options were aslo organised in tabs for easier navigation.
