MKS Gen 1.4 Case

This is a remix of Andrew's MKS Gen 1.4 case. Mount locations and cable holes tweaked for my setup. Changed the ventilation to avoid needing supports (due to my poor quality printer). With an added Imperial flavour.

Further improvements that can be made:
1. Shift the fan positions a bit to place them better over the stepper drivers
2. Shift the side with the USB hole, closer to the side of the board so the USB port is closer to the outside of the case. This will reduce space for cable
