BCN3D Sigma Z-Spacer

Z spacer to account for the offset between nozzles with duplication mode on a BCN3D Sigma.
Exported at **1 mm height - just scale it on Z** to account for your offset, print solid.

To get the offset run a full calibration (unless you have just recently) and execute M503 to read the offsets afterwards.
`M530` has the Z offset for the left nozzle to print the spacer with.
Up to .1 mm is easier compensated with slightly fastening the nuts and does not require a spacer.
