Broken hoover head joint fix for Grundig Cyclonic 21.6V

Apparently the design of the rotating joint for the Grundig Cyclonic 21.6V hoover head, is so flimsy that it cannot handle normal usage...

Luckily, the rest of the parts for the joint have a spacious and open build, which means that the need for designing a complicated replacement part is not needed.

I've designed two small components that can be pushed in the rotating grove and will lock into place on their own, and be hold into place by having a slight modification to the top bracket on
