Universal Horizontal Spool Holder - Large

An amended version of the universal horizontal spool holder; originally by SpoonUnit, and modified by bhunt (thanks!).
This takes bhunt's version and makes it larger - The tower section is now 80mm tall, 68mm in diameter, and support pads added to the stand section for stability. Cutouts were made into the tower section to reduce print time (nearly 30% reduction) - hoping it doesn't affect print strength too much :)
