40 mm Centrifugal to 30 mm Axial Adapter

By request from another member. This part allows you to use a 40 mm centrifugal fan in place of a 30 mm axial fan.

Because there is little room, you have to install the adapter to the 30 mm axial interface first.

I haven't made one of these yet, so I would be interested in your feedback.
