Titan Aero and BLTouch Mount for Makerfarm Pegasus

Mounts an [E3D Titan Aero](https://e3d-online.com/titan-aero-builder) to a [MakerFarm Pegasus](http://www.makerfarm.com/index.php/3d-printer-kits/pegasus-series-latest-printer-model.html), optionally with a [BLTouch](https://www.antclabs.com/bltouch) attached to either the left or right side of the mount.
