Just to show I despise all politicians equally I present to you...HILLABLO!
It turns out good ole Hillary really is a bitch. I could not get the Boolean Merge to work no matter what I tried so I ended up doing a combine. If you have S3D you'll need to separate connected surfaces before printing. I can't speak for other slicers.

Update: Well it looks like this Model is a Simplify 3D killer. I tried Separate Connected Surfaces and ended up with over 20 objects. Unfort
