Threaded Spool Holder for 20mm extrusion

as the description says
mounts to 2020 extrusions
so it will work with the Folgertech FT-5 or any other machine using 2020 extrusion
this was a re-mix of Jasonalday's Prusa i3 MK2/s Threaded Spool Holder

I changed the base to work with the 2020 extrusion

recommend 70% PLUS infill
Up to the threads can be printed at any layer height but I recommend .2 layers for the threaded section to give good, easy to use threads
Also at least for the threaded section I recommend printing INSIDE-OUT
