Nerf Stryfe Hulker top rail, split for small printers

A simple remix, splitting the top rail .STL from the Hulker kit into two pieces with an embedded tab to join them, if you've got a little printer like mine. I used a cheap 3D printing pen to weld them together, but glue would work too.
