Lisam LS-210 / QAV210 Top Plate - no SMA

Replacement top plate for my Lisam LS-210 after reviewing https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1511560 and finding it was too big. My understanding is that this is a 'newer' LS210 style, as a lot of the older LS210 camera mounts wouldn't fit either.
To check if this will fit, measure the distance between the front-most screw hole, and back-most; it should be about 128mm.
