Cell Phone Mount Ring

This is used for clamping a Carson Cell Phone Eye Piece mount to. It is the largest setting capable of the clamp.

Sometimes the cellphone weight, and the size of the eyepiece makes for weak contact, and there a lousy image, between the phone and the eye piece. Here you just mount a 1/4-20 rod to the side of if, and use a ring stand to hold that in place. You can the set your camera accordingly.
