Hey there!

I nabbed the original file (see above link) and found it was not an enclosed surface and I wasn't able to slice it to print. So i fixed that (file: IKEA_hole_26x30__FIXED.stl)

I then lengthened it to fit an IKEA lack table. (file: IKEA_hole_26x30__FIXED_n_SCALED50mm.stl)
