Filament Monitor Mount and gearbox housing for Duet Smart Effector

My first attempt at and enclosure/mount for the new Filament Monitor in Beta by Duet3d
Designed for Duet3d Smart Effector on large Kossel with Bowden feed.
Mount fixes to the effector with 2x10mm nylon standoffs. Also provide a fixing to provide some strain relief on wiring by fixing to mount.
