40mm Fan Fang CR-7/CR-10 E3D V6 Clone REMIX

NOTE 2017-10-13: do NOT print yet, there are some modifications I need to add first

This is a remix of Perfikt's CR-10 Fang for 40mm, to be suited a 3DFreunde E3D V6 clone attached with Bandanam4n's E3D V6 mount (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2182924) on a Creality CR-7/CR-10

- E3D V6 40mm fan adapter attached to fang (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2581499)
- top 40mm air intake widened and material removed from original design to improve airflow
