These are two holders for hang in a changing bag (napkin bag) over the stroller. This is made for Strollers of the Brand ABC Design, but could also used for other strollers with with oval profile of diamter 3.2CM x 2.0 CM.
I succesfully tested it with the models ABC Mamba and Cobra.
if you use the shorter part on the left side, the stroller will stay foldable with both hangers.
