Pencil sharpening machine handle

I have an old pencil sharpening machine. I like it, but unfortunately, its handle bar was broken. So I designed a new one. The handle bar hub is 26.5 mm diameter. The replace part is simply snap on it and the friction holds it on its place.
A M3x20 screw, 4 each 3.2mm washer and 2 each M3 nuts needs to fit together the handle bar and the knob.
