Arcade game panel meter V2

This is Mark II of my panel meter for monitoring the 5 volt rail of an arcade video gameboard, please see my original for a full description of the purpose of this meter. I decided to go all out and make it a little more streamline and practical, it involves a few more components now which I will give a full listing of shortly but for now I just thought I would get the files uploaded. I will also upload a fully updated wiring schematic so stay tuned.
