California Republic Bear (Low Poly)

I've been working on a few of these lately, they are basically a mixed-media project between 3D printing, laser engraving, and a small amount of woodworking.

The bear has been modified to lay flush with the board so he is easier to attach via adhesive. The vector file that I used to program the laser engraver was done in inkscape and is attached as a .svg file.

This was printed with Hatchbox woodfill and paired with pine boards on the sign, thus the stark contrast in wood.
