Parametric X idler lift (Z wobble elimination) in OpenSCAD

In order to eliminate or minimize the effect of the threaded rod wobble that moves the carriage in Z direction one could opt for the separation of the X-axis and Z-axis movement by introducing a mechanical spilt between these movements in the form of a lifting block. I've used these in the past and helped me to get better quality parts. This design differs as such that it is a parametric design that could be tailored to your needs. Parameters in this design are e.g. the center to center distance
