Tarantula X Carriage Mods Drag Chain attachment, BLTouch, Fan

The initial problem I attempted to solve was how to mount a BLTouch sensor to the 'Modular X carriage for TEVO Tarantula by Elzariant' (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2034743). I wanted to mount the sensor in such a way that the 'Hot End' could be removed without disturbing the sensor.
