Extruder Dual Balance cover for UM2 upgrade

You can find my last fan cover design for Dual Balance system but you can also use it for standard Dual extruder or with one extruder with the "origine file" type.
In this test i used the ultimaker original Dual firmware with my ultimaker 2 and my Dual Balance system in dual extruder mode. You can use 3 5v-fan and 2 12v-fan. The idea is to extract more heater with 2 5v-Fan in order to refresh more the head who have his 2 nozzles as you can see on the last picture (head 1 for 210 deg and head 2
