OpenRC F1 2017 Update - 1pc Chassis, Dual Ext Lid

These are the two edits I made when printing my first OpenRC F1.

First, I simply merged the two chassis plates since it would fit diagonally on the 300x300mm CR-10 build plate.

Second I spliced the 2017 updated lid onto the dual extrusion original lid to accommodate the fin.
