PP700W 1/2 UNF Insert Silencer Adapter

Update: I have added in an adapter with a non-adjustable front sight(will need supports). I have reduced the size of the section that is cut out to help keep the front sight horizontal.
You just need a adjustable rear sight. I happened to have a CR600W adjustable rear sight. I'll be sure to design a adjustable rear sight based on almost all the same dimensions as the CR600W rear sight:
