140mm to 120mm offset fan adapter

I made this adapter to use 120 mm fans with a 280 mm radiator. I recently upgraded my PC case to a Fractal Design Meshify C and quickly realized that I couldn't mount my 280 mm AIO radiator in the front of the case with the GPU that I have. I then found out that the case doesn't officially support mounting a 280 mm radiator in the top due to clearance issues with the RAM & VRM heatsink.
