Hypercube EVO compatible volcano/nimble/bltouch effector

This is an effector designed for the hypercube EVO (so it uses the same pin and bolt pattern) designed for: E3D Volcano with A Zesty Nimble and BLtouch.. It also requires a 30x30mm axial hot-end fan and a 50mm radial part cooling fan.

It can be used with a bowden extruder as well.
