This is useful when calibrating ESteps. Just place this over your filament and line one end up with a reference point on your printer and place a mark on the filament on the other end. Now extrude 100 mm of filament. If the mark on the filament goes past the reference point, you need to lower the ESteps. If the mark stops short, you need to increase the ESteps.
An easy way to set the ESteps is to put it in your Start GCode.
