.17 cc Powder Measure

If you buy the Lee Powder Measure set, it doesn't include the smallest measure of the set, the 0.17 cc size. This one fills that need. It's most useful for very small kernel size powders used in small weights, normally fast-burning, double-base flake powders such as Bullseye.
