This is a x-axis belt-tensioner for the AnyCubic Prusa i3.
You won't need a new right x-axis part, the default one will be sufficient. The x-axis belt has to be replaced by one that is a couple of cm longer, though.
Remove the existing idler from the existing right x-axis part and screw it into this part. Then put it at the right side of the existing part. The outer M5 screws (nuts inside) press onto the x-rails to tighten the belt.
