Finally I have got around to designing a front door for my Ultimaker 3 that looks good, functions well as a heat shield, and does not require any penetration / damage to the original printer. It also hangs neatly on the side when not in use!
My design incorporates a CNC routed front panel.
I have included the dxf of the front door in case anyone wants to route their own.
Fusion Archive .f3z file also present if anyone wants to do some remixes in Fusion.
The clear front is made from a 4mm poly
