25mm Dowel stopper

This has been made as a wheel centre point for a toy cart being built. the wheel axles are made of 28mm(bevelled to 25mm) dowel which then goes through each wheel that has a 45mm centre purpose of this is to have a wheel centre for gripping the dowel and preventing wheel wobble.

a 10mm channel has been created for a wood screw to which will have a 10mm sleeve with a 4mm hole.
