Conical sanding attachment for drill

Conical sanding attachment, I use this to sand the cut edged of bottles and pipes.
sandpaper is cut to shape wrapped around and secured with a sliver of lolly stick.
i have used a biro case for the shaft but a bit of 8mm rod or an m8 bolt would do the trick
