Aquarium Phosban Reactor 150, NPX Biopellet Diffuser

171022, Initial Release - This is a diffuser for a Phosban Reactor 150 to use NPX Biopellets.

I began with the Pipe Reducer (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2461538) used Tinkercad to add some holes and feet.
