Mount for E3D V6, Blower, and BLTouch

This is a simple mount for an E3D V6 hot end with a blower on the left side and BLTouch on the right. It includes a blower duct and shim for the BLTouch. It is designed to use a brass insert (M3 5mmx5mm) to attach the blower to the mount. The X,Y,Z offsets for this mount are, respectively: 39, 4, -2.3.

NOTE: The current iteration has the tip of the BLTouch probe offset about 40mm from the tip of the extruder. If this proves to be an issue in testing I'll modify the design to move it a bit clo
