Create Cafe CR-10 OEM fan shroud

The stock hotend cooling fan is not well controlled, and just blasts air around, this fan shroud more directly focuses air onto the heatsink to improve cooling. it also includes a mount for the original part cooling fan, so the original fan shroud can just be removed, and this one installed.

Note that the 2 internal pillars can actually be cut off now as the mounting holes inside are fused to the top of the part. this helps improve airflow even further.
