HD Homerun Connect Wallmount

I have a communications cabinet and needed a way to mount my [HD Homerun](http://amzn.to/2zxw1FU) to the wall. This is a simple holder for the "Connect" model with 3 screw points for attachment. I printed mine in PETG (oriented on it's side) with supports enabled, however, supports were pretty minimal. I'm pretty new to 3d printing, so nothing fancy or special outside of that.
