The enclosure is for a FACSARIA II cell sorter and allows sorting to proceed using Corning 250ml plastic bottles. As a consequence, the operator can sort for periods in excess of 6 hours at high flow rates in a sealed unit. Some assembly is required as the cup extension, adjustable arms and cup hat must be printed separately. Arms are adjustable to ensure tight fit in all cytometers.
