Fjord Water Expansion is designed to be used with the Mega_Fjords rules.
In particular, two copies of the base set, 6 houses each, remove the 2 all mountain tiles, only 1 set of the 3 starting tiles and play only 1 round, not three. Also forming more than one land mass is allowed.
