Octoprint server box (Raspi model B)

this box is designed for a Raspberry model B rev 2 (the one with 2 USB ports). the cover snaps in so no glue or screws needed. I made it to fit with my Dagoma Discoeasy printer (the support provided fits with the printer frame).
