2020 aluminum endcap extrusion

Endcap for Misumi or similar 2020 aluminum extrusion. The cap has a hole for a flathead M5 bolt. There is also a second version with a cutout slot, which I use for anchoring elastic cord I on my [cartesian flying extruder](http://thrinter.com/cartesian-flying-extruder/).
