E3D Chimera 40mm Fan Adapter with IR Sensor Mount

A remix of boohucky's (thing:1653752) 30mm to 40mm fan adapter for the E3D Chimera to use the MINI DIFFERENTIAL IR HEIGHT SENSOR on my VORON. The pins on the MINI DIFFERENTIAL IR HEIGHT SENSOR board need to be removed and wires added to exit the circuit side of the board. The component side of the IR sensor faces the fan.
