Icom IC-H16T Knob

Don't you hate it when you can't find the right knob? This is a volume/squelch knob compatible with the Icom IC-H16T, it uses the same shaft design as the original.

The originals use a knurled rubber ring as a grip but I decided to use some coarse splines to simplify printing.
A triangular pocket in the top can be filled with paint to mark the index.
The bottom shaft OD is slightly larger than the original to improve the weather sealing with the rubber grommets in the radio.
